Position Overview
The Block Associate serves as the operational leader at the block level, supervising Program Associates and ensuring effective execution of Health & Wellness Assessment activities. The role involves conducting assessments, coordinating with local institutions, maintaining accurate records, supporting awareness campaigns, and reporting daily progress to the Cluster Manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Health & Wellness Assessments at the block level.
- Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with local institutions to support project implementation.
- Support community awareness and mobilization activities.
- Supervise and guide Program Associates within the assigned block.
- Report daily activities and progress to the Cluster Manager.
Key Role
- Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification required.
- Prior experience in field operations and community engagement is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with grassroots communities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of local languages and culture.
