Position Overview
The Cluster Manager serves as the operational link between the District Manager and Block Associates. This role is responsible for coordinating cluster-level operations, monitoring assessment activities, supporting awareness campaigns, and ensuring efficient execution of the Health & Wellness Assessment Drive across assigned blocks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Block Associates within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure smooth execution of health and wellness assessments at the cluster level.
- Provide logistical and operational support to Block Associates.
- Report cluster-level progress and activities to the District Manager.
- Assist in mobilizing community participation and awareness campaigns.
- Support awareness drives in local institutions and communities.
Key Role
- Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification required.
- Prior experience in field operations and team engagement is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage grassroots teams effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of local languages and culture.
