Position Overview
The District Manager serves as the operational leader for the assigned district, supervising cluster managers and block associates while ensuring successful implementation of the Health & Wellness Assessment Drive. The role involves coordinating district-level operations, monitoring assessments, maintaining records, and supporting awareness initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities across clusters and blocks.
- Ensure timely execution of health and wellness assessments.
- Maintain district-level records and submit reports to the State Head.
- Support training and awareness campaigns in local institutions.
- Provide logistical and operational support for district activities.
Key Role
- Graduate degree required.
- Prior experience in program coordination or community development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure accountability.
- Basic knowledge of local languages and culture.
