Position Overview
The Programme Associate serves as the frontline field representative responsible for supporting Health & Wellness Assessment activities within assigned communities. The role involves assisting Block Associates in field operations, data collection, reporting, community mobilization, organizing awareness activities, and maintaining accurate records to ensure effective program implementation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting Health & Wellness Assessments at the grassroots level.
- Support Block Associates in data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
- Engage with community members to encourage participation in project activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support during field implementation.
- Report daily activities and field progress to the Block Associate.
- Help organize community meetings, awareness programs, and outreach events.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and field activities.
- Facilitate and mobilize Health Trainers for assigned schools.
- Provide regular field feedback to improve program implementation.
Key Role
- Minimum qualification: Madhyamik (10th Standard).
- Prior experience in community engagement or field work is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with grassroots communities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of local languages and culture.
