Position Overview
The State Head serves as the primary operational leader for the assigned state, supervising district managers and program teams while ensuring successful implementation of the Health & Wellness Assessment Drive. The role involves coordinating with state-level authorities, monitoring program outcomes, and driving awareness initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee district-level operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Build partnerships with state government and other NGOs.
- Monitor program outcomes and submit state-level reports.
- Drive awareness and engagement initiatives at the state level.
Key Role
- Graduate degree required.
- Prior experience in program or project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
